Service Description

During pregnancy we want to maintain fitness and core strength. This is not the time for new fitness goals but a time to focus on how amazing your body is and embrace what you can do. We will work through each trimester safely and effectively.  After your pregnancy and once you've had your post natal check up you can begin to build strength again. Take it at your pace and enjoy having some time to yourself.
