A BIT ABOUT ME
I'm a mum of three based in Fulham. I have always loved sport and exercise and how it makes me feel. I really got into training after my first pregnancy and from there decided I wanted to train and help other women. I qualified in 2018 as a Personal Trainer.
I want to help you achieve your fitness goals, whilst having fun along the way. My approach is laid back and gently encouraging whilst passing on my knowledge and finding the style that suits my clients individually. I want to give others the confidence to train by themselves.
Being a busy mum I understand that it is not always easy to motivate yourself or find time, life is tiring enough! However I believe that my experience and understanding will help.
WHAT I DO
One to one personal training and small group personal training for women.
I train in local parks or your home.
Qualified in training pre and post natal women and in working with small groups.
Suspension training specialist
So Individual PT - £45 1 hr weekly sessions plus tailored home workout
10 sessions - 10 sessions - £400

Whether you are working towards a specific goal or looking to maintain current fitness, alone or with friends, I offer a variety of different training modalities. From strength training, using body weight or dumbbells and TRX, to HIIT and agility and circuit training, I will use a variety to keep you challenged and motivated.
