Being a mum I understand that it is not always easy to motivate yourself or find time but I hope that my experience in understanding what you are going through will help.
A BIT ABOUT ME
Having always been into sports and fitness, I started to explore other forms of training after my first pregnancy.
There was so much conflicting advice that I ended up avoiding it altogether. Once I started to understand what I could do, it helped me enormously both physically and mentally. It was then that I decided to become a personal trainer and specialise in pregnancy and postnatal fitness.
I am here to help you feel confident and achieve your fitness goals.

Active IQ Level 3 Fitness Instructing and Personal Training
Active IQ Level 3 Supporting Pre and Postnatal Clients with Exercise and Nutrition.
NASM Group Personal Training Specialist.
WHAT I DO
I offer one to one personal training and small group personal training for women. I am qualified in training pre and post natal women with experience in training pre and post natal groups.
If you are a small group of friends who are looking to achieve the same goal you can train together as a small group.
I can train you outdoors in Bishops Park, at home or in my home studio. Online training also available.
From £45 per hour or you can buy a block of 10 sessions for £400.

Whether you are working towards a specific goal or looking to maintain current fitness, alone or with friends, I offer a variety of different training modalities. From strength training, using body weight or dumbbells and TRX, to HIIT and agility and circuit training, I will use a variety to keep you challenged and motivated.
